What web accessibility means to us
Web accessibility is essential to us. We strive to ensure that individuals with disabilities can navigate our site with ease and have an enjoyable experience similar to all other visitors.
Our efforts for web accessibility
We have diligently followed the WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines to make our site accessible at the [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option] level. Our website is compatible with assistive technologies such as screen readers and supports keyboard navigation. In this endeavor, we have:
Engaged an Accessibility Consultant to ensure compliance with web accessibility standards
Conducted regular accessibility audits and addressed identified issues
Provided alternative text for images and implemented audio descriptions for multimedia
Ensured color contrast ratios meet or exceed the required standards
Minimized the use of motion to prevent triggering motion sensitivity
Committed to providing accessible video players and downloadable content
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content [only add if relevant]
Our commitment to accessibility extends to third-party content on our site. However, we may have limited control over the accessibility of external content. We are continuously working to address any accessibility issues related to third-party content.
Promoting accessibility beyond the digital realm
In addition to our online efforts, we advocate for accessibility in physical spaces. Our physical events and activities strive to be inclusive and accessible to all participants. We provide accommodations and services to ensure everyone can participate fully in our events. Details of our physical accessibility arrangements are available upon request.
